Independent Agency Status

United Air Ticket LLC ("we," "us," "our") is an independent travel agency providing phone-based flight booking assistance. We are NOT United Airlines and are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by United Airlines or any other airline. All airline names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Services Provided

Our services may include new flight reservation assistance, trip detail review, and ticketing assistance related to travel requests you authorize. We act as an intermediary to help you complete bookings with airlines and travel providers.

Ticketing & Service Fees

Trip consultation and itinerary quotes are complimentary. A standard booking service fee per ticket applies upon successful reservation and ticket issuance. This fee is separate from airline airfares, taxes, and baggage fees, which are set directly by the carrier and paid separately.

Any applicable service fee will be disclosed to you before you authorize paid assistance.

Carrier Rules & Liability

Airline rules, seat availability, baggage rules, change/cancellation policies, and final travel documents are controlled by the airline or travel provider. We do not independently control airline policy decisions, flight schedules, or fare changes.

You are responsible for reviewing all passenger names, dates, routes, and confirmations before authorizing any booking.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility and cancellation policies are determined by the airline's fare rules and ticket type. We will assist you in understanding applicable policies, but refunds are issued by the airline directly.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Oregon.
